Horizon General Assistant

A private, single-user assistant that helps its owner organize relevant information, remember commitments, and keep personal records on self-hosted systems.

What it does

The assistant can review new Gmail messages after its owner grants read-only access. It identifies messages that appear actionable or relevant, asks for context when needed, and can preserve an approved copy in the owner's private Horizon Court mail system.

Gmail originals are left unchanged. The integration cannot send, delete, move, label, or mark Gmail messages as read.

How information is handled

Filtering and records are hosted on the owner's servers. Selected message details may be sent to OpenAI's ChatGPT service when language reasoning is needed. Credentials stay inside a protected service adapter and are never included in model prompts.

The Gmail connection is intended only for the owner. It is not offered as a public or multi-user service.
