Personal-use service
Horizon General Assistant is a private application operated for its owner's personal use. No public account registration, subscription, or service commitment is offered.
Owner control
The owner is responsible for the accounts connected to the application, the information submitted to it, and decisions made from its suggestions. Automated suggestions must be reviewed when they could create an external commitment or materially change a personal record.
Availability and changes
The application may be changed, suspended, or discontinued by its owner at any time. Its behavior is subject to the terms and availability of connected services, including Google and OpenAI.
